Contact your fleet manager or your Account Manager at Arval. You can also contact us via the web form available on our website HERE.
Your login name is your email. If you do not remember which email you used, please contact your fleet manager or your Arval Account Manager.
If you have forgotten your password, please click HERE on the login page, you will then be able to reset it by clicking on the "Reset Password" button. This password will be common to both My Arval and My Arval Mobile.
The My Arval Mobile app can be easily downloaded to the vast majority of mobile phones running Android (version 6.0 and above) or iOS (version 12.0 and above).
Yes, of course there is no charge for downloading the app or its content and it is available free of charge to all drivers using an Arval vehicle.
